Driving Directions
LFSP Rehab sits on South De Anza Boulevard in the West San Jose neighborhood, just south of Interstate 280 and a short drive from Highway 85 and the Lawrence Expressway corridor. The facility is accessible from anywhere in Santa Clara County and from the major commute corridors that feed into Silicon Valley.
From Downtown San Jose
Take I-280 North toward San Francisco for approximately seven miles. Take Exit 11 for Saratoga Avenue, then head south on Saratoga to De Anza Boulevard. Turn left on De Anza and continue south for half a mile. LFSP is on the right at 1183 S De Anza Blvd. Travel time: 15 minutes from downtown.
From Palo Alto and the North Peninsula
Take I-280 South toward San Jose. Exit at De Anza Boulevard (Exit 12). Turn right on De Anza and continue south for approximately one mile. The facility is on the left. Travel time: 25 minutes from Palo Alto.
From Mountain View, Sunnyvale, and the West Valley
Take Highway 85 South to the De Anza Boulevard exit. Head north on De Anza for two miles. LFSP is on the right just past the I-280 underpass. Travel time: 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic.
From the East Bay and Tri-Valley
Take I-680 South to I-280 West, then exit at De Anza Boulevard (Exit 12). Turn left on De Anza and continue south. Travel time: 40 to 60 minutes from Pleasanton or Fremont depending on traffic.
Air Travel
San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) is approximately fifteen minutes from the facility. SFO and OAK are both about an hour away depending on traffic. Admissions can coordinate ground transportation from any of the three airports for out-of-state patients arriving for residential admission.

LFSP Rehab serves patients from across Santa Clara County, the broader South Bay, and the surrounding Bay Area regions. Our residential program admits patients regardless of geographic origin within the United States, with admissions counselors who coordinate travel and out-of-state insurance arrangements.

Outpatient Program Coverage
Our PHP and IOP tracks are appropriate for patients who can commute to the De Anza Boulevard facility within approximately a 45-minute drive. The evening IOP draws from the wider Bay Area and is the most common point of entry for working professionals across Silicon Valley.
